Custom bikes and work
When you want to order anything custom the first thing I need from you is a detailed description of the bike/project you're looking for.
This description can be done in many ways and is just used as a starting point for me to get an idea of where we're heading.
Some things you could include would be the kind of riding you want to use the bike for, the way you like to ride it or how you want it to look.
You really don't need to be very technical just explain in your own way and I'll help with translating that into a frame geometry in a dialog with you.
I will ask you for a deposit before going into the design phase.
Deposit
All custom work comes with a 33.3% deposit when finalizing your order. The deposit is used to cover for the time spend in the prep and design phase and to pay for materials for your bike.
The deposit is not refundable!
Off-the-shelf products
When ordering any of the store products please send me an e-mail with the amounts of which products you want to buy.
If you need to decide on any details about the product, eg. the length of rack arms, the product page will guide you.
Please include name, address and phone in your email.
I'll get back to you as soon as possible with a invoice with payment details.
Why no webshop?
Internet shopping is so convinient and even sometimies gamified in a way that makes customers buy stuff they don't need. I really don't want to contribute to this development in society.
I've chosen to do it very manually as a way to slow down the buying process and get a little bit of contact with my customers.
This is more work for me and for you as a customer but I prefer it this way.
